These terms govern your use of the XecSuite website (xecsuite.com), operated by Xec Corp, based in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Any use of the XecSuite platform or paid services is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a master services agreement or order form), which controls over these website terms for those services.

Use of the site

You may view and use this site for lawful, informational, and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

  • Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content except as permitted by our robots directives
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the site or its content for a competing service

Intellectual property

The XecSuite and Xec Corp names, logos, and all site content are owned by Xec Corp or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and trademark law. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the content for your own evaluation; all other rights are reserved.

Information you submit

When you submit information through our contact form, you confirm it is accurate and that you are authorized to share it, and you agree we may contact you about XecSuite. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the public form.
